IFS-LA is committed to supporting IFS practitioners and therapists worldwide with free virtual community meetings, local in-person events, private consultation groups, and internationally recognized workshops led by top experts in the field. 

IFS-LA seeks to expand the accessibility of parts work to any and all who are interested, as well as promote marginalized voices within the larger IFS community. 

In the future, IFS-LA will be offering groups & workshops for the general public in addition to IFS Therapists & Practitioners.

Jen Kleiner is an internationally lauded Life Coach, Level 3 IFS Therapy Practitioner, Workshop Leader, Event Producer, and Consultant. Since 2010 she's parlayed her experiences as a professional filmmaker, former celebrity fashion stylist, energy healer and empath into a successful private practice for fellow artists, therapists, healers, & thought leaders.  

Over the last decade, Jen has been directing a feature documentary on IFS Therapy called "PARTS OF US" in cooperation with founder Dick Schwartz, PhD and the IFS Institute. The film is slated to be released in early 2027. 


In addition, Jen has staffed eight level 2 IFS Trauma & Neuroscience Trainings led by Dr. Frank Anderson, and a level 1 certification training led by Mariel Pastor, LMFT and Elizabeth Talbert, LMFT.
