IFS-LA is a private organization co-founded in 2018 by Adrienne Glasser & Jen Kleiner with the intention of fostering ongoing community and expanded learning opportunities based on parts work and the Internal Family Systems therapy model created by Dr. Richard Schwartz.
IFS-LA is committed to supporting IFS practitioners and therapists world-wide with virtual community meetings, local in-person events, private consultation groups, and internationally recognized workshops led by top experts in the field.
IFS-LA seeks to expand the accessibility of parts work to any and all who are interested, as well as promote marginalized voices within the larger IFS community.

Jen Kleiner is a Certified Professional Life Coach & Level 3 IFS Practitioner who's parlayed her experience as an award-winning filmmaker, former celebrity fashion stylist, and energy healer into a successful private practice since 2010. She specializes in helping artists, healers, & thought leaders break through blocks, embrace their sensitive ecosystems, embody more Self Leadership, & achieve their wildest dreams.
In addition, Jen has assisted Dr. Frank Anderson (TRANSCENDING TRAUMA) in 8 of his Level 2 IFS Trauma & Neuroscience Trainings. There she leads a popular breakout session on HSP's, Empaths, Energetic Weather, & all things considered WooWoo.
