About IFSLA
IFSLA is an organization that creates community and expanded learning opportunities based on parts work and the Internal Family Systems therapy model created by Dr. Richard Schwartz.
IFSLA is committed to supporting IFS practitioners and those curious about parts work in general with monthly online meetings, case consultations, and internationally recognized trainings led by top experts in the field. We also promote local IFS-based workshops and courses offered by community members as well as providing opportunities for practitioners to teach each other how they incorporate the model with other modalities.
IFSLA seeks to expand the accessibility of parts work to any and all who are interested as well as promote marginalized voices within the larger IFS community. Created in 2018, IFSLA currently has over 200 members in the Southern California region.
